Access Taxis
For passengers with mobility difficulties or disabilities, particularly those with wheelchairs and scooters. To book an access taxi, please visit the SA GOV website or call 1300 360 940.
Australian Disability Parking Scheme
Australian disability parking permits allows a vehicle to be parked in spaces where the international symbol of access is displayed. To apply for an Australian Disability Parking Permit, please visit the SA GOV website or call 1300 360 940.
Adelaide Metro Mobility Pass
An Adelaide Metro Mobility Pass is available for people who are unable to validate a metrocard using on-board equipment due to physical or cognitive impairment. To apply, please access the application for a mobility pass form or call 1300 311 108.
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Travel for treatment scheme
The DVA provides eligible persons and their medically required attendants assistance with their transport when travelling for approved medical treatment. For more information, please visit the DVA website or call 1800 550 455.
Qantas Companion Card
This card is issued to people with significant support requirements who through a physical, sensory, intellectual, cognitive or psychosocial disability are unable to travel on the aircraft without the full time assistance of a carer. South Australian Companion Card
Residents of South Australia who have a significant and permanent disability who need assistance can take a companion free of charge. For more information, visit the Companion Card website or call 1800 667 110.

South Australian Seniors Card
Provides free transport to seniors to travel on public transport between 9:01am and 3.00pm weekdays and all weekends. For more information, visit the SA GOV website or call 1800 819 961.
South Australian Transport Subsidy Scheme
This scheme is for people with permanent and severe disabilities that limit their ability to use public transport may apply for subsidised taxi fares. For more information, visit the SA GOV website or call 1300 360 840.
UPark disability access parking
UPark accessibility pass provides up to two hours of free parking upon application for people with a disability. For more information, visit the UPark website or call 8203 7203.
Vision impaired travel pass
The vision impaired travel pass supports people who are vision impaired to travel for free on public transport. For more information, visit the SA GOV website or call 1300 311 108.
